Mixers and Meetings - Held monthly at various locations. Doors open at 5:00 pm. with registration from 5:00 – 5:30 pm. Members and guests network while enjoying a beverage and hors d’oeuvres. Later, the formal portion of the mixer includes educational guest speakers, testimonials, announcements and a member spotlight.  Advance reservations are required.  A no refund policy is in place for catered and mixer events.

Business Profiling – Tables at the mixer are set up and ready for you to display your promotional materials. Members are also encouraged to contribute gifts for door prizes and do verbal presentations at mixers.

Annual Award and CELEBRATE! Women In Business – Every year we recognize members who demonstrate strong passion, leadership and ownership for their business and community and celebrate long standing members of WBN.

Let’s Do Lunch – Members and guests meet every month at various Victoria restaurants. This is an opportunity to get to know others in a fun and casual atmosphere. We gather at 12:45 and lunch begins sharply at 1:00 PM.  Reservations are not required.  WBN Members have the opportunity at luncheons to feature their business in the following ways: "Toonie Talk" - give a one minute talk about your business and your specials of the month.  The cost is a "Toonie" ($2).  Register as you arrive at the luncheon.  Only two time slots are available.  Testimonials - Promote the business of a fellow member! Take 30 seconds to share your positive experience regarding the products or services offered by another WBN Member.

Let’s Do Fun – Informal events and outings, open to members and guests. Some past “Let’s Do Fun” events have included a trip to the winery on Saturna Island and a visit to the Saturday Market on Saltspring Island. More details are available under Calendar of Events when an event is planned.  A no refund policy is in place for prepaid events.
