Dawn  is a Business Advisor with Women's Enterprise Centre and a consultant to organizations in the area of leadership and teambuilding. She brings over 25 years experience in the  field of adult training and development. Dawn completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University, and ran her own employment consulting business for 18 years,with 32 staff in 3 offices.

        She was voted 'Best Boss' in Victoria, and brings a dynamic, inclusive and engaging energy to her workshops and presentations.
