Delaney Tosh started her business, Catalyst Coaching, with a mission to help individuals and businesses enhance creative engagement, boost their productivity and profitability and ultimately have a positive impact in the world.

Delaney helps people create sustainable businesses and sustainable lives. She engages her clients intellectually and emotionally to inspire clarity. She assists them to develop a clear vision and mission that are in alignment with core values and to create easy steps to implement their goals.

Delaney is a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation and has over 12 years of marketing management and business development experience gained in the corporate and non-profit sectors. As President of the Vancouver Island Women’s Business Network and facilitator of their Mentorship Program, Delaney mentors dynamic women with really creative business ideas.
