It’s wonderful to be a member of this vibrant and welcoming network of businesswomen.  As a home office operator, I can sometimes feel quite isolated and this is an ideal organization to make connections, exchange ideas, and do business.  As many members have heard me say, my mantra is “Building Relationships – Building Business”. 

As a workstyle-lifestyle coach, I work with people are so burned out from their current routines and stresses that they can only long for retirement as an escape.  My coaching process takes people through an exploration of possibilities that lead to a career and life that inspires and excites them now and in the future. 
I have twenty plus years in the employment/career counselling business - ten years of which is in supervision/management of employment teams and five years as an internal consultant/trainer. I also have seven years as a successful independent northern consulting business and four years as executive coach in Victoria.
